Causes of Sand Making Machine Faults

Mechanical Component Wear

This wear not only reduces sand-making efficiency but can also cause abnormal vibrations and noise in the equipment. Regular inspection and replacement of worn parts can effectively prevent this issue from occurring.

Bearing Overheating
As a key component supporting the rotation of the main shaft, the bearing’s working condition directly affects the overall operational stability of the machine. If lubrication is inadequate or if the quality of the selected lubricating oil is poor, it can lead to excessively high bearing temperatures, and in severe cases, even result in seizure.
